Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made bangles.

• Items purchased during sale or discount offers.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

Return Process

1. Email us at cc@bangleboutique.in or WhatsApp us with your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video evidence of the issue.

2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process.

3. You may be required to self-ship the item to our provided address unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

• In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
